What you will do

• Develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns from the ground up
• Conduct market and competitor research to uncover new growth opportunities
• Create detailed briefs to guide designers, creators, and influencers
• Evaluate the business impact of creative assets to optimize engagement
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to deliver high-quality assets
• Refine processes for creative development and testing to support marketing objectives

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, SMM, or influencer marketing
• Strong business mindset with proven ability in problem-solving
• Experience in conducting market analysis and creating design briefs
• English: Upper-Intermediate proficiency required
• Ability to generate fresh, innovative creative solutions

Nice to have
