What you will do

• Develop and implement marketing creative strategies for ad networks including Facebook, TikTok, and Google.
• Manage the end-to-end production of creatives, from initial ideation and briefing to final implementation.
• Analyze creative performance and UA metrics to iterate and improve results.
• Conduct ongoing market research and competitor analysis to extract industry trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and operational efficiency.
• Mentor team members and provide constructive feedback to foster creative excellence.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Creative Producer or in a similar role.
• English: B2+ level required
• Proven track record of success in performance marketing and achieving KPIs.
• Proficiency in creating UGC and storytelling content for diverse ad networks.
• Strong background in data-driven creative ideation and execution.
• Excellent project management and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Expertise in Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or TikTok trends.
• Experience using AI tools like Midjourney or ChatGPT for ad iteration.
• Knowledge of subscription-based mobile applications and the health-tech vertical.
