What you will do

• Develop and maintain customer-facing fintech applications using Flutter.
• Participate in the full software development life-cycle within a Scrum team.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate product requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive aggressive technical debt reduction in partnership with automation engineers.
• Work on high-performing, scalable, and resilient application features.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on mobile development experience specifically with Flutter.
• English proficiency: B2+ required.
• Strong commitment to mobile development and continuous learning.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote and multinational environment.
