What you will do

• Own and evolve the finance systems roadmap, aligning initiatives with business goals
• Serve as functional owner for D365 F&O, managing configuration, environment strategy, and solution design
• Lead and coach a team of analysts and administrators while providing quality oversight
• Define master data strategy, controls, and data quality standards
• Manage M&A due diligence and lead post-close system integrations
• Drive automation initiatives to improve financial operational efficiency and support compliance

Requirements

• Solid experience managing finance systems or ERP platforms, specifically D365 F&O
• Strong background in finance processes including auditing, financial reporting, and controlling
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical system solutions
• Experience overseeing ERP integrations with adjacent platforms like HR or BI environments
• Must be able to work from the London office on a 3/2 hybrid schedule

Nice to have

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant certification
• Experience supporting finance system integrations during M&A activity
• ITIL Foundation or Agile/Scrum certifications
