What you will do

• Identify operational inefficiencies and improvement opportunities within healthcare client environments.
• Conduct industry-informed analysis of processes, workflows, and operational practices.
• Provide domain expertise to delivery teams to ensure solutions align with regulatory and clinical requirements.
• Define and document business requirements, scope boundaries, and functional needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure needs discovery and continuous engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
• Advise teams on industry trends and business context to support solution design.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ukraine.
• English: B2+ level required.
• 3+ years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in business analysis.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and requirements management.
• Experience in the healthcare industry and operational domain.
• Proficiency in requirement elicitation, documentation, prioritization, and change management.

• Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations, standards, and specific operational practices.
