What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide security architecture aligned with business and regulatory goals.
• Govern security for on-premises and cloud (Azure) infrastructure, applications, and networks.
• Perform architecture risk assessments, threat modeling, and vulnerability analysis to identify and remediate gaps.
• Define and implement security principles including Zero Trust, defense-in-depth, and secure-by-design.
• Guide the deployment of core technologies like SIEM, IAM, and endpoint protection across engineering and satellite teams.
• Ensure compliance with standards such as UAE IA, ISO 27001, and NIST.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or Engineering.
• 15+ years of experience in cybersecurity with 3-5 years specifically in security architecture or engineering leadership.
• Proven expertise in securing Azure cloud platforms and mission-critical on-premises systems.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks including ISO 27001 and NIST.
• Ability to translate complex security strategies into actionable implementation roadmaps.
• Location: Must be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, or TOGAF.
