What you will do

• Partner with Product, Tech, and Growth teams to advise on AI regulations
• Support new product launches and multi-market roll-outs for customer experience features
• Review and approve customer communications and marketing materials
• Own post-launch product reviews ensuring regulatory decisions are clear and documented
• Translate evolving regulation into actionable, product-ready requirements
• Enhance or develop compliance frameworks consistent with regulations and risk appetite

Requirements

• Experience in AI and/or regulatory compliance
• Expertise in interpreting and applying regulations within a business context
• Experience in top-tier banks, investment firms, crypto exchanges, fast-growing tech companies, or strategy consultancies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment managing multiple projects
• Strong understanding of compliance and business risk interaction
