What you will do

• Design enterprise-grade integration architectures using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring technical alignment and best practices.
• Establish integration standards, governance models, and reusable API patterns.
• Promote and enforce API-led Connectivity principles.
• Oversee code reviews and ensure performance, scalability, and security of solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on technical estimations and roadmap planning.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Deep expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and API-led architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, CloudHub, or Runtime Fabric.
• Strong knowledge of Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP) and API governance.
• Proven leadership experience as a Team Lead or Tech Lead.
• English or Spanish proficiency required.

Nice to have

• MuleSoft Certified Developer, Integration Architect, or Platform Architect certifications.
