Product Designer (Marketplace)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design process from discovery and ideation to final delivery and iteration.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, UX writers, and researchers to define user-centric solutions.
• Design intuitive user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces for web and native mobile apps.
• Conduct usability testing and participate in research to validate design decisions.
• Evolve the existing design system to maintain consistency across the platform.
• Leverage data and experimentation to continuously improve the user experience.

Requirements

• 3-6+ years of experience in product design within a tech or marketplace environment.
• Strong proficiency in Figma for interface design, prototyping, and design systems.
• Must be based in the Netherlands with an existing legal right to work.
• Excellent proficiency in English.
• Proven ability to design for both web and native mobile platforms.
• Experience using research and data to inform design improvements.

Nice to have

• Experience or curiosity regarding the integration of AI tools in design workflows.
• Experience working in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
