What you will do

• Execute electronic component procurement to ensure supply meets production demands.
• Optimize inventory levels and fulfill rush orders during demand fluctuations.
• Evaluate supplier service quality and report supply risks to stakeholders.
• Apply AI tools to identify and resolve efficiency bottlenecks in the supply chain.
• Develop and implement automated procurement solutions, including tool modules for alerts.
• Conduct internal training on new digital tools and departmental procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Information Systems.
• Must be able to work on-site in Suzhou, China.
• Strong experience with ERP and supply chain management systems.
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools for generating reports.
• Familiarity with mainstream AI large-language models and their application.
• Excellent communication skills to interface between technical IT teams and business management.
