Senior Delivery Manager (Oracle/Salesforce CPQ)

TL;DR

Senior Delivery Manager (Oracle/Salesforce CPQ): Owns the transformation roadmap and delivers projects, coordinating with stakeholders and country/local teams. Focus on securing transition to run, reviewing KPIs, and contributing to improvement action plans.

Location: Must be based in Paris or nearby as the role requires a hybrid working model with 2 days/week at the client's office.

What you will do

• Own the transformation roadmap in the geography / squad.
• Align with stakeholders on the transformation roadmap.
• Deliver projects and secure feedback loop.
• Coordinate with teams on legacy applications decommissioning.
• Report on projects' status / progress, raise risks & escalations.
• Enable adoption / value realization & secure transition to run.

Requirements

• 10+ years in digital delivery and/or IT Program/Project Management and/or IT consulting.
• Strong foundations on ERP technologies (SAP & Oracle) and integration frameworks.
• Knowledge of CPQ (ideally Oracle, possibly Salesforce or other market solutions) and Service Execution platforms (ideally Salesforce ServiceMax, possibly other Salesforce modules).
• Proven successful experience and track record in large scale business / digital transformation.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate and convince at various levels of the organization, and in a multicultural environment.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to have

• Business Analyst experience is preferred.
• Quote-to-Cash processes experience (Project costing / tendering, Orders) is a strong plus.
• Exposure to international settings / various geographies is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of Services Business and/or Digital Customer Relationship and/or UNIFY transformations is a strong plus.
