What you will do

• Manage the month-end close process and ensure the delivery of timely financial reports.
• Develop and maintain internal controls to protect assets and ensure organizational compliance.
• Coordinate statutory audits and collaborate directly with external auditors.
• Ensure all tax filings and regulatory requirements are met accurately and on time.
• Identify opportunities to streamline finance processes and integrate AI-driven tools.
• Monitor changes in financial regulations to maintain organizational compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 6-8 years of experience in accounting or finance with a focus on month-end closing.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant accounting standards.
• Experience using accounting software and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
