What you will do

• Develop and maintain a structured knowledge hub including SOPs and training manuals.
• Design and standardise comprehensive onboarding and upskilling programs for global teams.
• Collaborate with market leads to document and align processes for operational consistency.
• Lead process excellence initiatives by turning team feedback into scalable improvements.
• Track performance metrics and share insights across operations, product, and growth teams.
• Govern global knowledge systems to ensure accurate and accessible documentation.

Requirements

• Must be located in Manila, Philippines.
• Must be able to work 11:00am – 9:00pm PHT.
• Experience in training, knowledge management, and process design within a contact centre or patient operations environment.
• Strong quality assurance experience and exposure to quality frameworks.
• Proven track record of building functions from scratch and scaling them globally.
• At least 3 years of experience leading teams.
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in SQL or similar analytical tools.
