TL;DR

Senior Strategic Advisor (UX & Adoption): Assessing and improving customer platform experience for enterprise organizations with an accent on information architecture, usability, and adoption roadmaps. Focus on conducting structured UX audits, facilitating stakeholder workshops, and translating complex platform insights into actionable guidance for communication and IT teams.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Sydney, Australia (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Conduct structured UX audits of enterprise customer instances, including information architecture and content patterns.
  • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to align on platform structure, governance, and scalable patterns.
  • Translate UX findings into prioritized recommendations and adoption-oriented roadmaps.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Professional Services to drive measurable ROI and platform adoption.
  • Create and maintain internal assets like playbooks, templates, and workshop kits.
  • Present strategic findings to diverse customer stakeholders, including HR, IT, and executive leadership.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in UX (design, research, service design, or consulting).
  • Strong ability to synthesize complex insights into executive-ready narratives.
  • Experience navigating enterprise governance, stakeholder priorities, and varying business constraints.
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS environments, software adoption, and iteration cycles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of bridging technical and non-technical discussions.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively in a client-facing environment with fixed timelines.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the digital workplace, internal communications, or employee experience space.
  • Proficiency in Miro and Figma for facilitating sessions and concept development.
