What you will do
- Own and architect the full-funnel lifecycle growth strategy.
- Design and ship messaging experiences across email, in-product, and push channels.

- Partner with Product and Engineering to optimize lifecycle infrastructure and data pipelines.
- Build and maintain measurement foundations, including dashboards and cohort analyses.
- Translate deep customer insights into actionable lifecycle interventions.
Requirements
- Proven experience shipping lifecycle programs that materially impact activation and retention metrics.
- Deep expertise in audience segmentation, targeting, and multi-channel orchestration.
- Strong product intuition and ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Hands-on experience with automation and messaging platforms such as Customer.io or Hightouch.
- Analytical rigor with comfort using cohort analysis and funnel metrics to drive decisions.
- Deep understanding of developer workflows as a power user of AI coding tools.
