Salary: 16,000–25,000 PLN (B2B/UoP)

What you will do

• Own and evolve the team's internal tooling including MCPs, plugins, skills, and reusable templates.
• Design and optimize agentic engineering workflows to increase shipping velocity.
• Contribute to client-facing development work to ensure practical application of new tools.
• Turn one-off solutions into repeatable patterns for the entire team to adopt.
• Partner with product and pre-sales teams to identify bottlenecks and translate client needs into technical solutions.
• Document tooling and workflows to facilitate easy adoption and extension.

Requirements

• Strong full-stack engineering ability with experience shipping end-to-end solutions.
• Fluency with coding agents, multi-agent orchestration, and LLM APIs.
• Experience tracking and evaluating new AI development tools, MCPs, and plugins.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem discovery instincts and confidence in client-facing environments.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced contexts with frequent switching between projects.

Nice to have

• Experience building internal developer tools or platforms.
• Background in CI/CD, automation, or DevOps.
