• Optimize the content lifecycle including ideation, production, and personalization.

• Develop culturally relevant content for mobile-first platforms and digital ad formats.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple markets to execute and optimize creative concepts.
• Stay ahead of trends in AI technology and platform-native production.

Requirements

• Proven experience in advertising creative or production agencies.
• Demonstrated experience integrating generative AI tools into creative workflows.
• Strong background in digital storytelling, branded content, or influencer campaigns.
• Deep understanding of mobile-first content, social-native formats, and digital advertising.
• Ability to translate brand strategy into engaging, culturally relevant digital content.
• Execution-driven mindset with experience taking projects from concept to production.

Nice to have
