What you will do
- Provide professional IT support to end-users via phone, chat, and in-person at the Service Point.
- Take proactive ownership of incoming support requests and monitor their resolution progress.
- Maintain and support IT infrastructure, workstations, and various business applications.
- Communicate technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively within a distributed Nordic team across various office locations.
Requirements
- Fluent proficiency in both Norwegian and English (written and oral) is required.
- Proven track record in IT support involving workstations, infrastructure, or applications.
- Education in IT or strong demonstrable interest/hobbyist experience in IT technologies.
- Ability to work from the office in Grimstad, Norway.
- Strong customer service mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
