What you will do

• Produce and edit video content for social, email, and website marketing channels.
• Serve as the lead videographer for shoots, directing contributors and managing content creation.
• Optimize digital assets for various platforms by handling aspect ratios, captions, and motion graphics.
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to transform campaign ideas into high-quality video content.
• Manage external freelance videographers and editors, providing clear briefs and remote direction.
• Ensure all content meets budget requirements and quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, particularly within a social media environment.
• Proficiency in self-shooting using broadcast-quality cameras.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite for video and image editing.
• Ability to critically evaluate information and exercise strong editorial judgment.
• Knowledge of the broadcasting and charity sectors.
