What you will do

• Run recruitment processes across the organisation, partnering with leaders and People Enablement Partners to identify and hire exceptional people.
• Strengthen how hirify.global hires by improving sourcing strategies, candidate pipelines, and maintaining visibility into talent markets.
• Refine interview frameworks, evaluation methods, and hiring practices for consistent and high-quality hiring decisions.
• Analyze hiring data and conversion metrics to identify opportunities to improve the speed and quality of recruitment processes.
• Evolve the tools, workflows, and infrastructure that support hiring, ensuring recruitment efforts can scale without lowering the hiring bar.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in recruiting or talent roles, ideally within a fast-growing or scaling company.
• Experience running recruitment processes and motivated by identifying and securing exceptional talent.
• Structured approach to hiring decisions and enjoys improving processes for consistent hiring.
• Comfortable partnering with leaders and guiding them through hiring decisions in competitive talent markets.
• Thrives in fast-moving environments where priorities evolve quickly and where hiring decisions impact company growth.
• Takes pride in building exceptional teams and understand the long-term impact hiring decisions have on a company’s success.
