What you will do

• Own and define goals and success metrics for your product area and prioritize initiatives.
• Run experimentation and continuously optimize for consumer acquisition, engagement, and conversions.
• Own key product metrics and serve as the key point of contact for the performance of your product area.
• Coordinate across teams to ensure product work aligns with the company’s high-level strategy.
• Communicate product strategy, updates, and performance to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record of building and scaling impactful products.
• A problem solver who can balance systematic thinking with creativity.
• Deep user empathy, with the ability to translate insights into product features that truly solve user problems.
• Hands-on experience with experimentation and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and iterate quickly.
• Proficiency with data tools (e.g., SQL or BI tools like Looker, PowerBI, etc.) is highly preferred.
• Effective leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire partners at all levels.
