What you will do

• Capture important user actions on the website and turn this raw information into easy-to-understand reports and dashboards.
• Ensure web analytics data is accurate, working closely with engineers to set up tracking correctly and fix any issues quickly.
• Keep tracking plans and data definitions tidy and up-to-date.
• Use advanced data skills to understand organic search performance and improve content, website tech, and link-building efforts.
• Present complicated findings clearly to everyone, turning questions from marketing and product teams into smart data projects.
• Stay on top of new trends in web analytics.

• You have solid grounding in SQL
• You have proven experience as a Web Analyst
• You have experience of conversion rate optimisation
• You have solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO elements.
• You have strong analytical skills, with the ability to dig into data, spot trends (including organic search trends), and translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for both website and SEO improvements.
