What you will do

• Define and lead cloud security strategy across projects and products.
• Perform technical security assessments enforcing secure design principles.
• Automate and improve cloud infrastructure security practices.
• Collaborate with Product, Corporate Security, and Engineering teams on cloud security solutions.
• Manage security tools for multi-cloud environments and design scalable IAM infrastructure.
• Enhance incident response capabilities and recommend improvements for security operations.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Poznan, Poland
• 6+ years cloud engineering experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) with 3+ years in GCP security roles.
• Strong understanding of cloud security threat landscape and secure design leadership.
• Experience integrating security controls into CI/CD pipelines using scripting and Policy as Code.
• Expertise in Linux internals, Kubernetes security, and cloud-native security tools.
• English proficiency: B2/C1+ required

Nice to have

• Industry certifications such as GCP PCSE, CCSK, CCSP, CKA, CKS, GCPN, GCSA.
• Experience sharing knowledge externally via conferences or technical content.
