What you will do

• Deliver high-quality labeled data using provided guidelines and in-house tools.
• Work with diverse data types including text, speech, audio, image, and video.
• Analyze root causes of errors and propose solutions to improve labeling quality.
• Support daily operational deliverables and clarify internal queries as needed.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to hirify.global policies on data security.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the Netherlands (Den Haag).
• Languages: Dutch language proficiency CEFR C1+ and English CEFR C1+ required.
• Associate’s degree or related work experience.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and research skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and manage complex tasks with attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in project coordination or management.
