What you will do

• Lead AI bot modeling strategy for League of Legends across multiple game modes and skill levels.
• Develop predictive features from gameplay telemetry and simulation data.
• Design and implement ML systems using reinforcement and imitation learning methods.
• Define evaluation frameworks balancing general and game-specific metrics.
• Ensure safety, fairness, and trustworthiness of autonomous agents in live environments.
• Collaborate with game engineers, UX designers, and analysts to deploy and optimize models.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Los Angeles, USA.
• 8+ years experience delivering ML systems in production, including reinforcement and imitation learning.
• Proven ability to design modeling strategies adopted across multiple games or interactive products.
• Experience with gameplay telemetry, simulation data, and feature engineering.
• Hands-on expertise with relevant ML methods and experiment design.
• Familiarity with integrating ML agents into live game environments and game engineering/C++ is a plus.
