What you will do

• Develop and maintain privacy processes, documentation, and data governance for enterprise use cases.
• Advise on international data transfers, data flow mapping, and privacy aspects of commercial agreements.
• Support enterprise customer privacy inquiries and contribute to risk assessments for deployments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, sales, security, and engineering teams.
• Help align contractual commitments with company policies and technical safeguards.

Requirements

• Must be a qualified lawyer in an EU jurisdiction with 6–10+ years PQE or equivalent experience.
• Deep expertise in EU privacy and data protection law, including strong knowledge of GDPR implementation.
• Experience supporting enterprise SaaS or AI products and working with enterprise customers.
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to translate legal requirements into practical guidance.
• Location: Must be based in Dublin, Ireland.

• Knowledge of non-EU privacy laws and regulations.
• Experience in AI or advanced technologies and global technology companies.
• Experience working with regulators and privacy-enhancing technologies.
• Familiarity with enterprise security frameworks.
