Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE): Develop and maintain the Flightscape platform supporting airline operations with an accent on system scalability, automation, and reliability. Focus on designing complex technical solutions, supporting DevOps processes, and operating production systems in a hybrid work model.

Location: Hybrid from Krakow office (Wadowicka 3)

Salary: 16,500–23,000 PLN gross per month

What you will do

• Oversee and operate production systems supporting airline processes.
• Design and build automation tools to ensure system scalability and efficiency.
• Develop scripts and tools for monitoring, deployment, and automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with strategic objectives.
• Support DevOps teams and IT Service Management disciplines.
• Participate in on-call rotation and act as a technical consultant or architect.

Requirements

• Location: Must work in hybrid model from Krakow office
• 5+ years in software or system engineering, including 2+ years in SRE or platform reliability.
• Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and cloud environments.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Strong knowledge of data, network, and information security best practices.
• Excellent English communication skills.
