Salary: €85,000 – €95,000

What you will do

• Bring innovation, knowledge, and engineering best practices to client organizations.
• Set the direction for architecture decisions, platform strategy, and software deployment.
• Help organizations structurally improve their software development practices.
• Work on long-term projects with real impact and build relationships with clients.
• Work with Kotlin, Java, Go, Python, Scala, or TypeScript, depending on the challenge.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of professional experience as a software engineer.
• Strong experience with Kotlin, Java, Scala, or another JVM language.
• Demonstrable experience with at least two programming languages in production.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures and preferably Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with distributed systems and the challenges of scalable platforms.
• Strong communication skills to work directly with clients.

Nice to have

• Experience with event-driven or reactive architectures.
• Contributions to open source or speaking at meetups and conferences.
• Experience technically guiding other engineers.
• Interest in AI/ML applications within software engineering.
