What are you going to do?

• AI-first feature development using Cursor AI and Claude Code
• Writing clear LLM task specs that consistently produce high quality code in one to two prompts
• Reviewing AI generated code for security, performance, and architectural consistency
• Improving developer experience by creating rules, commands, skills, sub agents, automations, MCP integrations, and prompt templates
• Contributing to architectural decisions
• Creating documentation and repeatable patterns for AI assistants
• Optimizing existing code through AI assisted refactoring

You are perfect for us if:

• 12+ months of hands on, AI first coding, using AI (Cursor or Claude Code) as the default way to build and iterate
• 6+ months of vibecode experience across Ruby on Rails/TypeScript/JavaScript
• 2+ years of actively using multiple AI tools across work, everyday life, and personal projects
• Able to validate and reason about generated code at a baseline level: security, edge cases, and performance
• You have 1+ projects or mini services built end to end with AI, where AI did most of the work and you owned the final result
• 1+ year of commercial software development experience in any stack
• Analytical and iterative mindset: structured, logical, pragmatic, curious, and strong at breaking down complex tasks
