TL;DR
Senior DevOps Engineer (DevOps): Designing, implementing, and operating scalable, resilient infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines for a large trading and investing platform with an accent on Kubernetes multi-cluster management, automation, and cloud security. Focus on leading cross-organizational DevOps projects, optimizing deployment strategies, and enhancing system reliability and performance.
Location: Remote within Ukraine only

What you will do
- Lead and contribute to cross-organization DevOps projects and establish best practices
- Design, implement, and operate large-scale, complex infrastructure ensuring high availability and scalability
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies
- Manage Kubernetes multi-cluster lifecycle and containerized environments
- Collaborate closely with R&D teams to improve service reliability, scalability, and performance
Requirements
- Must be located in Ukraine or able to work remotely from Ukraine
- 6+ years of hands-on DevOps experience with full application release cycle knowledge
- Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions or Jenkins and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform
- Proficiency in Linux scripting and programming languages including Bash, Shell, Python, and Powershell
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments
- Strong understanding of infrastructure, networking, cloud security (Azure preferred), and debugging complex technical issues
Nice to have
- Previous experience as a Tech Lead
- Experience with Terragrunt, Service Mesh solutions, and Internal Developer Platforms
