What you will do

• Design landing pages, shop funnels, and digital touchpoints focusing on brand and design.
• Ideate and design new concepts for shop optimization.
• Take end-to-end responsibility for product areas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Design and optimize UX concepts, visuals, interactions, and motion designs for international shop segments.
• Balance visual creativity with user perspective and conversion goals.
• Support development of the group-wide Design System and contribute new ideas.

Requirements

• Location: Karlsruhe, Germany with hybrid work option.
• Several years of experience in Digital Art Direction, Visual Design, and UI/UX Design.
• Strong skills in layout, typography, animation, composition, and digital aesthetics.
• Proficiency with design and motion tools such as Figma.
• Experience using AI tools in design or content processes.
• Independent, structured working style with high quality standards and execution skills.
