Location: Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipeda (Lithuania) and Riga (Latvia) with onsite, hybrid, and remote options depending on location and role. Vilnius requires 4 days onsite, 1 remote; Kaunas offers onsite, hybrid, or remote.

Salary: Gross 4700-5800 EUR/month

What you will do

• Lead frontend architecture and make key technical decisions for e-commerce projects
• Own features end-to-end from idea to deployment
• Build high-quality frontend solutions using React and TypeScript
• Design scalable frontend architecture and manage state effectively
• Optimize performance and implement robust testing (Jest, Playwright, Cypress)
• Mentor developers and establish engineering best practices

Requirements

• Location: Must work from Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipeda, or Riga with specified onsite/hybrid/remote arrangements
• 5+ years professional experience with React and TypeScript
• Strong understanding of modern frontend architecture and state management
• Experience with CSS, responsive design, and modern UI development
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and build tools
• Strong ownership mentality and proactive problem solving
