DevSecOps Engineer

What you will do

• Own and manage cloud infrastructure security and compliance on AWS.
• Develop and maintain IaC using Terraform and automate CI/CD pipelines with scripting in TypeScript or Python.
• Integrate security tools such as SAST, DAST, and SCA into development workflows.
• Implement monitoring and observability stacks for distributed systems.
• Lead threat modeling and application security initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance frameworks like ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland with legal work authorization and no sponsorship required
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years commercial experience, preferably in fast-growing startups.
• Deep knowledge of AWS security best practices, identity management, network security, and data encryption.
• Experience with Terraform, CI/CD automation, and scripting (TypeScript or Python).
• Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and security tooling integration.

• Experience in insurtech, insurance, or related industries.
