What you will do
- Own and manage cloud infrastructure security and compliance on AWS.
- Develop and maintain IaC using Terraform and automate CI/CD pipelines with scripting in TypeScript or Python.
- Integrate security tools such as SAST, DAST, and SCA into development workflows.
- Implement monitoring and observability stacks for distributed systems.
- Lead threat modeling and application security initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance frameworks like ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus.
Requirements
- Must be based in Poland with legal work authorization and no sponsorship required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years commercial experience, preferably in fast-growing startups.
- Deep knowledge of AWS security best practices, identity management, network security, and data encryption.
- Experience with Terraform, CI/CD automation, and scripting (TypeScript or Python).
- Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and security tooling integration.
