What you will do

• Partner with multiple teams to translate operational and strategic questions into data-backed decisions.
• Break down ambiguous challenges and deliver actionable insights quickly.
• Experiment with new tools including AI-driven approaches to improve analysis processes.
• Prepare and maintain accurate, validated datasets for recurring reporting and analysis.
• Take full ownership of projects and proactively improve data solutions across teams.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Kaunas or Vilnius, Lithuania
• 2+ years of experience in data analytics or related technical roles.
• Advanced SQL skills with complex queries and performance optimization.
• Strong expertise in at least one BI tool and adaptability to new technologies.
• Fluent communication in Lithuanian and English.
• Understanding of data governance and collaboration with data engineering teams.
