What you will do

• Build and optimize workflows using Lua scripting
• Work with APIs and system integrations
• Create technical documentation and solution designs
• Develop dashboards and reports to track trends, risks, and improvements
• Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for clients
• Act as main point of contact for RegTech solutions, support onboarding, demos, and integrations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on client projects and product launches
• Stay updated on regulatory trends like KYC, KYB, AML

Requirements

• Hybrid work in Vilnius, Lithuania
• Fluent English
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical ideas simply
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, Law, or similar
• Basic understanding of scripting logic or willingness to learn
• Around one year of experience or strong academic background

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B customer support or account management
• Exposure to fintech, banking, payments, or compliance
• Knowledge of KYC, KYB, AML, or RegTech concepts
• Experience with Python or Lua coding
