Location: Yerevan, Armenia with seamless relocation support

hirify.global is a global product company creating tech products for clients in Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing with a team of 1,300 professionals.

What you will do

  • Lead deep-dive analysis across the entire employee lifecycle including sourcing, onboarding, time-off trends, and turnover predictors.
  • Support HR budget execution with resource forecasting and headcount modeling.
  • Design, build, and maintain automated, intuitive dashboards for real-time insights.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across all internal HR systems and integrations.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Armenia
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in HR or People Ops.
  • Expert-level Excel skills including complex modeling and formulas.
  • Strong Python skills for data processing and automation.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI for data visualization.
  • Ability to translate data into strategic business insights.
