What you will do

• Conduct technology capability assessments across defence systems and platforms.
• Maintain technology inventory and capability baselines for existing programmes.
• Analyse emerging defence and aerospace technologies including sensors, autonomous systems, and electronic warfare.
• Support development of 5–10 year technology roadmaps aligned with mission requirements.
• Prepare technical briefings and reports for senior stakeholders.
• Engage with engineers and programme teams to validate technical data and support portfolio governance.

Requirements

• Defence or military technology background is mandatory.
• Experience in defence R&D, military capability development, or technology strategy.
• Knowledge of technology roadmapping, capability assessment, and TRL evaluation.
• Exposure to aerospace, defence systems, or advanced military technologies.
• Degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Defence Technology, Systems Engineering, or Applied Science.
• Experience working with defence programmes or government defence organisations.
