Responsibilities
— Manage relocation processes for international employees moving to Cyprus
— Support candidates and employees through the relocation journey, including documentation and logistics
— Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on immigration and relocation matters
— Provide guidance on relocation policies, benefits, and procedures
— Ensure a smooth onboarding and transition experience for relocated employees
Requirements
— Experience in relocation support, HR operations, or employee mobility
— Strong organizational and coordination skills
— Ability to manage multiple relocation cases simultaneously
— Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
— Fluent English
