Relocation Specialist

JetBrains is a global software company known for building intelligent development tools used by millions of professionals worldwide — and for creating Kotlin, Google’s preferred language for Android development.
To support their growing international workforce, JetBrains is looking for a Relocation Specialist in Cyprus to take full ownership of end-to-end relocation processes and immigration support.
What You’ll Be Doing
Full Relocation Cycle Ownership
— Manage relocations for new and existing employees and their families
— Track all cases in HR and project management systems
— Advise employees on relocation policies and settling-in processes
— Coordinate moves within timeline and budget
— Arrange temporary accommodation
— Support onboarding and local integration
— Prepare relocation cost breakdowns and tax-related details for payroll
— Guide employees through tax benefit processes and liaise with external consultants
Immigration & Compliance (Cyprus)
— Act as subject matter expert on Cyprus immigration regulations
— Prepare and manage residence permit applications
— Coordinate with immigration providers
— Track permit statuses, renewals, and extensions
— Schedule required appointments (e.g., residence registration)
— Support migration cases even when relocation is not required
Additional Responsibilities
— Support outbound relocations from Cyprus
— Contribute to local and global HR initiatives
— Collaborate closely with HR and cross-functional teams
What They’re Looking For
— 1–3 years of relocation experience
— Background in HR operations, customer support, account or project management is a plus
— Strong knowledge of Cyprus immigration and residence requirements
— Comfortable working with project management tools (e.g., YouTrack)
— Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
— Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
— Fluent English (Greek is a plus)
— Eligibility to work in Cyprus
