Location: Riga, Latvia with hybrid work format; office is the primary workplace

Salary: €4000 - €5500 gross per month

What you will do

• Develop and maintain digital insurance solutions within the Policy Edit squad of the Waypoint platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, analysts, and domain experts across the organization.
• Deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly full-stack solutions using .NET, React, and Azure services.
• Support smooth digital flows and integrations for insurance purchase and policy editing processes.
• Contribute to the wider Tribe and have opportunities for growth toward architecture or leadership roles.

Requirements

• Location: Based in Riga, Latvia or able to work hybrid with office as primary workplace
• At least 5 years of experience with .NET, C#, and message-based solutions.
• Proficient in TypeScript, React, Redux, and CSS.
• Experience with REST API communication and building applications for Linux containers on Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of Azure services including Functions, Web Apps, Service Bus, and Storage.
• Good/excellent English communication skills for collaboration with international clients and colleagues.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure DevOps, Scrum, Git, Pipelines, and Bicep.
• Former Teamlead or Scrum Master experience.
