What you will do

• Develop and maintain Looker dashboards and reports for key in-app metrics and user acquisition channels.
• Design metric logic, build aggregate tables, and own data modelling for high-scale reporting.
• Write custom SQL rules to detect suspicious user flows and fraudulent behavior.
• Lead investigations into metric irregularities using data from multiple sources.
• Create business-facing documentation including metric definitions and dashboard guides.
• Collaborate with UA, Product, Data Engineering, and Analytics teams to incorporate new data sources and metrics.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Cyprus with hybrid presence in Limassol
• Experience with Looker or similar BI tools and advanced SQL (Snowflake, BigQuery).
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analytics and BI roles.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability or strong interest in developing fraud detection heuristics and rules.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets for analysis and investigations.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Python or R programming languages.
• Experience with Looker APIs.
• Background in mobile app, ad tech, or gaming industries.
• Experience working with product and user acquisition teams.
