Bi Engineer (Gaming)

BI Engineer (Gaming): Develop and maintain BI dashboards, data models, and fraud analytics systems for mobile games with an accent on data integrity, fraud detection, and cross-team collaboration. Location: Vilnius, Lithuania with hybrid work format (3 days in office, 20 days remote per year)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain Looker dashboards and reports for PuzzlePlay and company-wide metrics
• Design metric logic, build aggregate tables, and own data modelling for high-scale reporting
• Write custom SQL rules to detect fraudulent user behavior and lead fraud investigations
• Create business-facing documentation including metric definitions and data dictionaries
• Collaborate with UA, Product, Data Engineering, and Analytics teams to incorporate new data sources
• Define and document BI best practices and guide business areas for consistency

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near Vilnius, Lithuania
• Experience with Looker or similar BI tools and advanced SQL (Snowflake, BigQuery)
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to communicate complex concepts
• Experience in data analytics, dashboard delivery, and maintaining metrics
• Proven or strong interest in fraud detection and behavior-based heuristics

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Python or R scripting
• Experience with Looker APIs
• Background in mobile app, ad tech, or gaming industries
• Experience working with product and user acquisition teams
