What you will do
- Develop and maintain Looker dashboards and reports for PuzzlePlay and company-wide metrics
- Design metric logic, build aggregate tables, and own data modelling for high-scale reporting
- Write custom SQL rules to detect fraudulent user behavior and lead fraud investigations
- Create business-facing documentation including metric definitions and data dictionaries
- Collaborate with UA, Product, Data Engineering, and Analytics teams to incorporate new data sources
- Define and document BI best practices and guide business areas for consistency
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or near Vilnius, Lithuania
- Experience with Looker or similar BI tools and advanced SQL (Snowflake, BigQuery)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to communicate complex concepts
- Experience in data analytics, dashboard delivery, and maintaining metrics
- Proven or strong interest in fraud detection and behavior-based heuristics
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Python or R scripting
- Experience with Looker APIs
- Background in mobile app, ad tech, or gaming industries
- Experience working with product and user acquisition teams
