What you will do

• Deliver low-friction technical support combining expertise, problem-solving, and communication
• Build and maintain trusted partner relationships by understanding their business and technology
• Provide technical guidance to maximize partner value from hirify.global solutions
• Lead advanced onboarding, migrations, and complex implementations with tailored solutions
• Identify opportunities for partners to leverage the platform for improved outcomes
• Act as technical advocate representing partner needs and support team upskilling

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United Kingdom
• Proficient in Windows OS, file structure, registry, and event logs
• Good knowledge of scripting, automation, networking, and virtualisation
• Excellent communication skills for consulting with partners
• Experience with VMware, ESXi, and Google Workspace is a plus
