What you will do

• Design scalable, secure, and resilient cloud-native architectures.
• Ensure clean code, control technical debt, and enforce development standards.
• Drive DevOps, CI/CD, microservices, and SRE best practices.
• Align technical decisions with product vision and measurable business outcomes.
• Lead incident response and mentor engineers to foster high performance.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to prioritize value-driven solutions.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and intermediate English for documentation and collaboration.
• Strong experience with Java, REST API design, and architecture principles.
• Experience with GCP, cloud-native architectures, and databases.
• Knowledge of API security, DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile environments.
• Proven leadership in technical direction and people development.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-scale digital environments.
• English proficiency beyond intermediate.
