What you will do

• Design and build the ad decisioning pipeline with candidate retrieval, scoring, filtering, and ranking under strict latency SLAs
• Develop a lightweight publisher SDK for AI app developers
• Implement delivery infrastructure including pacing, frequency capping, budget management, and campaign throttling
• Create real-time observability dashboards for auction metrics and system performance

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States
• Experience building AI agents or multi-agent workflows for complex tasks
• Expertise in low latency network infrastructure and data pipelines serving millions of requests per second
• Proven ability to build scalable, self-healing infrastructure with dynamic compute resources
• Experience with high frequency trading systems or similar high-caliber engineering design
• Strong ownership, ethical operation, and ability to work independently
