What you will do

• Independently lead high-impact AI initiatives, aligning departmental strategies with hirify.global’s business objectives.
• Design scalable, high-performance AI solutions, creating reliable, reusable systems and mentoring team members.
• Address complex, ambiguous problems with advanced judgment and strategic solutions.
• Collaborate across teams, adapting communication to align AI initiatives with business goals and building strong networks with key stakeholders.
• Guide decision-making at departmental and company levels, driving AI project priorities and execution to shape hirify.global’s strategic roadmap and influence global teams.
• Ensure delivery of reliable, scalable solutions that meet business needs and drive future growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience developing in Python.
• 3+ years’ experience with AWS services.
• 3+ years’ experience with AI technologies (such as PyTorch or TensorFlow) with a strong technical and strategic focus, including expertise in machine learning algorithms, NLP, computer vision, and large-scale deployment.
• Proven leadership in high-impact AI projects, with a history of mentoring team members and developing innovative methods that drive departmental objectives.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms, along with experience in creating data systems for feature stores and vector databases.
• Strong communication skills, adept at visualizing and presenting complex data insights to technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, ML, Statistics) preferred.
• Experience developing in C#.
• Data privacy compliance experience, ensuring all data handling and analysis adhere to regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and internal governance policies.
• Familiarity with industries such as e-commerce, retail, online marketplaces, or digital advertising.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.
