What you will do

• Define and articulate strategic vision and roadmap for AI products integrating Analytical and Generative AI.
• Collaborate with data science, engineering, UX, sales, and marketing teams to deliver AI-powered features and drive adoption.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify AI trends and opportunities.
• Oversee agile development process ensuring timely delivery of high-quality AI products.
• Establish and track KPIs to measure AI feature effectiveness and impact.
• Engage with external AI partners and research institutions for technology exploration.

Requirements

• Location: Based in or able to work from Switzerland
• 10+ years product management experience focused on AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics.
• Deep understanding of Analytical AI and Generative AI technologies.
• Experience launching AI products in SaaS or enterprise software environments.
• Strong data science knowledge including model development and deployment.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex AI concepts to diverse audiences.
