What you will do

• Develop and maintain security features such as SIEM, DLP, audit logs, and fine-grained access controls
• Build integrations with customer personnel systems via IDP/SCIM protocols
• Scale performance to support large enterprise customers
• Provide occasional white glove service for unique customer needs
• Collaborate with sales teams to address new enterprise customer requirements
• Enhance infrastructure and security expertise through close collaboration with internal teams

Requirements

• Location: Must work from New York office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays (hybrid)
• Deep expertise in at least one data storage technology (cache or databases)
• Strong integration and unit testing skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a sense of urgency and ownership
• Appreciation for full-stack software craftsmanship and design

Nice to have

• Experience communicating with large enterprise customers (5000+ employees)
• Experience maintaining SCIM, SIEM, or HRIS integrations
