What you will do

• Develop and maintain automated odds calculation and trading logic ensuring accuracy and profitability.
• Build and enhance in-house products to strengthen the trading and modeling ecosystem.
• Automate team and department processes to improve efficiency and enable strategic work.
• Continuously review and improve current approaches to identify smarter and faster solutions.
• Recommend and implement new techniques and technologies for performance and scalability.

Requirements

• Must have a Master’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related quantitative field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role with proven impact.
• Proficient in R and Python for statistical modeling and low-latency systems.
• Experience with databases such as Redshift and AWS.
• Full professional fluency in English.
• Located onsite in Vienna, Austria.
