What you will do

• Perform data analysis and mathematical modelling using Python packages
• Optimize customer biotechnological processes to increase manufacturing efficiency
• Develop statistically underpinned experimental designs for process characterization
• Communicate and present technical findings and solutions to industry leaders
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams of biotechnologists and computer scientists
• Support business development by attending industry conferences

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in life sciences, bioprocess engineering, or statistics/data science
• Proficiency in Python for data visualization and statistical analysis
• Experience with object-oriented programming (OOP)
• Proficient business English (business German is a plus)
• Ability to work autonomously within tight timelines
• Must be based in or able to work from the Vienna office
